Today, the world recorded another terror as 12 people reportedly lost their lives in Paris (France) and some people were wounded and in critical conditions.

Opinions has been expressed by several readers and reporters, but I find the one below quite interesting. What do you think?

Opinion of a facebook user;
"I am hoping people don't get me wrong on this. And I must start by saying my heart goes out to those who have needlessly lost their lives in France.

However most of us usually gloss over the fact that freedom cannot and has never been an open blank cheque.

I don't agree with people denigrating the religion of other men under guise of free speech. I have not seen many caricature drawings of Christ by muslims either.

My simple point is I think we are all hypocritical when we say freedom of speech can go to any length. We all must bridle ourselves or pens when it comes to issues of religion.

The truth is you are not on the earth alone. So your freedom ends where that of others start. Again my heart reaches out to the dead and of the action of these terrorist is simply abominable.

But its high time we all censor our opinion of freedoms regarding religion. Plus the truth is knowldege is never static.

The free societies of today may by the next bruts of a future time. Recall the Romans felt these same English people were just brutish some hundreds of years ago. The west is not perfect, neither is the
middle east.

 As soyinka once suggested, I think it is safe to ship all zealots on both sides to Mars. So we the sinners can have our peace."

I think he has a point. Do you agree?
