What does Originality mean?

Linda Ikeji, a popular Nigerian blogger was accused of getting contents from other sites and posting them on her blog.
To report an incident, events, and tales, does one need to be physically present at the scene? She puts together information and report it in a different and attractive form. So many sites may have interesting news with bad presentation, if one person could be innovative enough to attract readers by changing the form of the news to a readable form and still give credit to the original source, he/she should be commended.
