OWO soup! by MatseCooks

All of you Delta babes and guys who has lost track of homecooked traditional recipes can borrow them from Matsecook on matsecooks.com or follow @matsecooks on instagram.

I was doing some reading when my phone began to ring. I peeked and saw that it was an international number.

My friend Laura was at the other end of the line. "Ahem! Matse how far?" She said.
"I dey o!" I replied.

"Abeg gimme your owo soup recipe sharp sharp...I need am".
Pondering what she was up to, I responded, "Oya go my blog, I don document am for there tey tey". "STARCH  measurement nko?" She sang in the Abraka lingo.
"E dey there." I replied.

After she said her hurried goodbye, I smiled. Laura is always fast talking when she has something up her sleeves.

She don get info, she don disappear but she always makes up for her misdemeanor with her kind and generous personality.

So, I decided to use it as an opportunity to share the recipe and starch tips with you.

Follow my instructions and you will be just fine, making starch. The best part of it is that you will not be having dirty pots and pans to wash. Uhummm!  Very true! :-) Step by step  process on the blog #HowToMakeStarchEasily  #Starch #Usi
