Ebola Infected US nurse travelled on commercial flight hours before she was diagnosed

The US health worker who treated Ebola patient Thomas Eric Duncan has been infected with the Ebola Virus.
The health worker and her colleagues who cared for Thomas Eric Duncan had been exposed to the virus and were all undergoing self-monitoring. They were allowed to travel but not on commercial flights with other people. Just a day before the health worker Amber Vinson a nurse at Texas health Presbyterian hospital in Dallas was diagnosed with the virus, she travelled on a commercial jet. At the time of travel her temperature was at 99.5 Fahrenheit (37.5celcius).
The director for the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention Dr Tom Frieden explained that exposed health workers were allowed to travel but not on a commercial flight. He stated that moving forward the CDC won't allow anyone else in similar situation will be allowed to travel outside a closed environment.
Amber was diagnosed overnight, and will be transferred from Dallas hospital to Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, where infected patients had beem successfully treated in the past.
