Sad news as South African local actress lost her son in a drown incident.
Former Generations and Muvhango actress Florence Masebe is mourning the loss of her 18-month-old son, who died this weekend.

The toddler, Masakona, drowned in a swimming pool at a house in Bramley on Saturday afternoon, according to Warrant Officer Moses Maphakela.
“We are still investigating the matter and we cannot give that much details at the moment[sic],” Maphakela said.
The toddler died at the scene.
This is not the first shocking event in Masebe’s life. In 1999, she narrowly escaped death while returning home from work at the SABC. An unknown gunmen, who had followed her, shot her several times, but luckily she survived.
Masebe has a wealth of experience in the film and television industry, and made an impact in television circles with her Generations and Muvhango roles.
She has also starred in other shows, including: Scandal, Soul City, 7de Laan and Task Force, as well as the Venda film, Elelwani.
Many have taken to Twitter to send their messages of condolence to the actress and her family.
