The Saudi blogger who was accused of insulting Islam on his blog, has be given 50 lashes of the 1000 lashes he is to receive. He would receive 50 lashes every Friday till the 1000 lashes are completed.
His wife spoke to CNN and said every lash broke her, she is calling for help to ensure her husband is released immediately.
He was sentenced to 10 Years in prison and 1000 lashes.
