Contrary to what I thought or knew about the herb business being a dirty and low income business, the business is lucrative, very well patronised and very serious. Some of this business owners have built several houses from the herb and concortion sale.

I was very surprised at my discovery. I had the privilege of talking to the leader of the herb and concortion ingredients marketers at a popular market in Nigeria.
He explained that the business is a very serious one, and the marketers needs to learn and know how to source for the ingredients and materials along with the usefulnesses.
There are some people who specialises in the sales of herbs from plants, while other specialises in sales of animal parts. None of the traders are allowed to sell both.
He only specialises in sales of different type of animal parts. He explained that the herbalists are their major customers. Also that every part of all animals are importantantly used by herbalists for different kinds of sickness cure and spiritual sacrifices.

The types of animal parts for sale include parts from carnivorous and dangerous animals. When I asked how the parts were found, he explained that the dangerous animals were killed by special hunters.
From the way the shop was stocked with their kind of goods, the customer list must be a very long one.
Many strongly still believes in the traditional way of curing diseases and seeking spiritual help. Evidently many animals, especially bats are killed daily and dried to be preserved for use. There were so many animal parts on display and some of them could even pass for human parts in their appearance.
All I can say is business ideas and focuses are endless and could be very hard to believe or understand.
